Marc Jacobs and and the Wizard of Oz? Clearly he is going back to the basics and back to innocence this season. The dark, warm colors consisting of greys, browns, whites and blacks seem subdued and comfortable. Also, the chunky sweaters, long skirts, beautiful coats, and occasional pieces of leather and fur all give off a sense of warm, simple luxury which seems wonderfully appropriate for winter. The final pieces with all the glimmer was perfect in my eyes. Good job, Marc.
