The last collection by Alexander McQueen is obviously bittersweet because of his very recent and tragic demise, but what a gorgeous collection to be remembered by. Filled with rich colors and gorgeous tailoring (of course), this intimate show was inspired by old masters like Botticelli, and even Byzantine art. This collection shows that going forward in fashion can mean just looking back at the past.
